Rotman has partnered with McKinsey & Company and the City of Toronto to host COMPASS – an immersive consulting experience designed for incoming MBA students that exposes participants to the life of a consultant by tackling real live client challenges.
This year, you'll work in teams on a real-world issue related to COVID-19 and provide solutions to a live client from the City of Toronto. Unlike a typical case competition where there are winners and losers, the COMPASS experience focuses on self-development where every participant receives feedback and coaching as part of the program.
